    I had a technician come today and he was wonderful. The office called when he was on the way which was really appreciated. We have assigned parking spots and Derek instinctively parked in a guest spot I hadn’t even noticed was there - his courtesy and professionalism began before he ever stepped out of the vehicle. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem I was having. I also had a few questions that were really just curiosity/learning on my end and Derek made sure to answer them all. If I have any other issues I will definitely be using W. G. Speeks again.
